Welcome to Capital Programs

Capital Programs oversees and coordinates planning, design and construction of new facilities, renovations and major maintenance projects for the campus. Capital Programs serves as the primary interface with stakeholders, architects and engineers, and construction workforces from the planning of a construction project through its completion. During the construction period Capital Programs will monitor progress, assure quality standards, arrange for access and assistance in the planning of work schedules to reduce inconvenience of the various campus departments.  An annual fiscal year Project Request Form (PRF) is required for all University capital work.

Capital Programs provides scheduling, implements cost controls, communicates with stakeholders, and collaborates with departments to meet the goals of work.

The University Sign Shop is a service offered by Capital Programs, committed to providing high quality, full color signs, banners and graphics at affordable rates for university related use.  Services include everything from engraving name badges, desk plates and acrylic awards to directories, posters and vehicle decals and wraps.
